Marriage is the foundation of a family.
We should understand marriage as an equal legal union between a man and a woman, concluded in the manner prescribed by law, with the voluntary and full consent of the parties, in order to create a family that creates personal property and non-property relations between the spouses. If the marriage is not registered, but the husband and wife live together and raise their children, it can also be called a family (see civil marriage). If adult children live with their parents, take care of them and provide financial assistance - this is also a family. If older brothers and sisters live together without parents and take care of each other, it is also a family. Relationships between people arising from marriage, kinship, adoption, adoption for family upbringing are called family relations. However, not all family relationships are governed by the same law. Relationships in the family are governed primarily by moral, ethical, and ethical standards. It is a manifestation of mutual respect, love, care and moral support. Family life is often based on national traditions and customs (respect for the elderly, providing for the family is entirely the responsibility of the man as its head, respect for relatives).
