The campus of the Federal University of Viçosa is a living museum filled with unique environments, although exposed and delimited, can become knowledge to people who pass there, serving even to school complementary activities. The space can be used in a manner that produces great benefits to the entire community surrounding the University in addition to providing the UFV the achievement and consolidation of a new role: an active agent in the transformation of society in its surroundings.
 
In addition, the campus of UFV, Viçosa has good infrastructure to serve visitors, staff, students and the entire urban community Viçosa and elsewhere with many green areas, parking and a very close relationship with Brazilian society. Noting that possibility is proposed to insert in the Campus information to help people build capacity and also take the knowledge to them in the various aspects of knowledge with an emphasis on heritage and environmental education process.
 
The project Life and Memory was conceived by DPS / NEPUT - UFV. The goals are arouse the interest and improve community interaction with environmental and cultural resources preserved on the campus of UFV for information (small billboards with the presence of QRcode), and focus on the historical and cultural importance.
 
The LABD2M, in partnership with the DPS / NEPUT, is developing a computational platform that allows registering Wikis on the physical space of UFV and automatically identify them with QRcode. In addition, a mobile application is under development. It enables users escanearem QRCodes present in plates arranged around campus and thus obtain detailed historical information about the sites. Users will also be able in the future through the application are located on the university map and see which are the sites identified with board. This way you can plan cultural tours, tracing routes before they reach the campus.
