This is an application developed by Labtrans aimed at collecting information about unpaved federal highways. The main objective is to obtain the Federal Highway Quality Indicator (ICM). Through this application, inspectors can record various essential data about the conditions of the highways, such as the presence of potholes, erosion, traffic conditions, among other relevant factors.
The ICM is a fundamental indicator for the General Coordination of Road Maintenance and Restoration (CGMRR), which uses this data to plan and execute maintenance and restoration actions on federal highways. With this application, we seek to ensure that data collection is accurate, efficient and in real time, facilitating decision-making and prioritizing areas that require intervention.
Furthermore, the application allows detailed mapping of highways, documenting each kilometer with the exact location of collections. This functionality ensures that inspectors actually visited the registered locations and provides a reliable database for the CGMRR.
