Appointment management, set list and inventory help for clubs
ATTENTION: the use of the mobile app is free of charge, but it cannot be used without a paid Membergy account from the club. Please contact your board about use in the club.
Membergy helps music clubs, sports clubs and other clubs manage appointments and inventory. Detailed music management as well as set lists/GEMA list management is available for music clubs.
Events:
Appointments are created via the web app or mobile app, can be distributed to different groups in the club and attendance can be checked. A set/GEMA list can be kept during a performance and sent via email afterwards.
Inventory:
The entire inventory is maintained via the web app (as well as member data and more). Labels with QR codes for the items are also created there and can be printed out with a suitable printer.
The mobile app then supports the annual inventory using a QR code scanner and automatically updates the scanned items in the database.
