Through the IKE App, the project manager, as well as the rest of his team, will be able to access a library of technical standards, reference texts and pre-formatted notes already registered in previous projects and which from now on can simply be linked to a specific image, streamlining the process of producing information and generating technical reports.

Records and notes made on a day-to-day basis, considered serious and/or urgent for correction, may be previously forwarded via chat and/or email to those interested and/or responsible, who will receive a prior report in PDF, organized in the standard of the system itself, without the need for prior editing by the user, speeding up the process of communication, decision-making and the response to the recorded note.

The report produced in the field can later be worked on using simple commands and with various editing tools in the web environment.

This platform also allows the import and registration of project schedules in the xlm extension. By importing the schedule, everyone involved in the project will be able to receive advance alerts about the start of planned activities and the information necessary to carry them out, such as: suggestions for good company practices and technical standards related to the stage of the work.

In this way, the surveyor will carry out his work in a proactive and less reactive manner, as from this moment on, everyone involved becomes aware of the information that will be charged to them, before even starting the activity.
This situation, in addition to reducing errors, eliminates the possibility of claiming technical lack of knowledge on the subject, bringing greater clarity, awareness and responsibility to the entire team involved.

This powerful tool for communicating and recording notes made between project members during its execution phase, archives the records in an organized manner, linking them to the project stages (EAP), which, through strategically created filters, enables the traceability of information and production of reports in a simple and fast way.

Finally, through access to the web system, the user will also have information through graphs that will show the quantities and/or percentages of notes produced throughout the work carried out in the field, thus enabling a precise diagnosis of the points to be worked on, improved and/or corrected in the executive process of their projects.
