Cool Stalls: Claim JHT Guide is a new feature from BPJS Employment to make it easier for BPJS participants to withdraw JHT program balances (annual insurance) via cellphone.

JHT or Old Age Security is a worker pension fund program from BPJS Employment. This pension fund is obtained from contributions paid by participants every month while they are wage earners or non-wage workers. For wage workers, JHT contributions are taken at 3.7 percent from employers and 2 percent from workers. While workers are not wage earners, the amount of JHT contributions is based on a certain nominal determined by the regulations and adjusted to the participant's income. The contribution is then managed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to become JHT benefits that can be taken by participants if they reach the retirement age of 56 years. JHT benefits can also be taken earlier before retirement if workers experience termination of employment (PHK), their work contracts expire, or leave alias resign from their jobs.
In addition, JHT benefits may also be taken if the worker is about to leave Indonesia, is permanently disabled, dies, or wants to claim a portion of 10 percent to 30 percent.

One of them is the participant has stopped working, whether it's resigning or being subject to Termination of Employment (PHK). Disbursement of JHT BPJS Employment funds is done in cash and must pass a 1 month waiting period.
