Auto-renewing Subscription:
Mortgage App service is free for Buyers-Borrowers.
The Mortgage App service is available to Mortgage Brokers (independent or in Agency) via an automatic
renewal subscription billed monthly.
Upon subscription, Mortgage Brokers are put in touch with Borrowers-Buyers, can submit quotes and
confirmations, and track document progress and other milestones.
In order to become familiar with the Mortgage App service, a free trial period of one month is offered
without obligation to extend the subscription.

- After the first free month, payment will be charged to the Google Account upon confirmation of purchase
- The subscription renews automatically unless the automatic renewal is deactivated at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renew can be disabled by accessing user account
settings after purchase
