[Leadcorp Loan Product Information]
- Product Name: Nonstop Loan (Small Credit Loan) / Credit Loan / Auto Collateral Loan / Real Estate Collateral Loan
- Eligibility: Adults aged 20 or older. Credit scores and other creditworthiness are assessed based on our company's criteria to determine loan eligibility and interest rates.
- Loan Interest Rate: Up to 20% per annum (default interest rate is the agreed interest rate + 3%P, up to 20% per annum). Limited to contracts signed, renewed, or extended from July 7, 2021.
- Loan Limit: Up to KRW 3 million for Nonstop Loan (Small Credit Loan). Up to KRW 30 million for Credit Loan / Up to KRW 70 million for Auto Collateral Loan. Real estate secured loans are subject to market price limits.
- Loan term: 12 to 60 months (subject to change depending on loan product and repayment method).
- Repayment method: Flexible principal repayment (lump-sum repayment at maturity).
- Interest payment method: Monthly deferred payment.
- Incidental expenses: Debt confirmation issuance fee. For real estate secured loans, registration and license tax, local education tax, registration application fee, National Housing Bond purchase fee, address change fee, confirmation document fee, mortgage cancellation fee, etc. are incurred.

For automobile and real estate secured loans, mortgage cancellation fee is borne by the borrower.
- Early repayment conditions: No early repayment conditions (however, for real estate secured loans, an early repayment fee of up to 3% based on the agreed interest rate applies if repaid within 3 years).
- Example of total loan cost: If KRW 1 million is repaid over a 12-month period using the equal principal and interest repayment method at an annual interest rate of 20%, the total repayment amount is KRW 1,111,609.

- Phone: Calling and management permissions are used to connect calls to customer centers and branches, and to configure push notification settings.
- App Activity: To prevent electronic financial transaction incidents, a wide range of package and visibility permissions are obtained to collect app information and detect malicious apps.
Optional Access Permissions
- Camera: Required for ID photo capture and submission of supporting documents. This permission is optional. Failure to consent may result in restrictions on this feature.
- Photos and Videos: This permission is used to store photos and collect photos submitted as supporting documents. This permission is optional. Failure to consent may result in restrictions on this feature.
- Notifications: This permission is used to receive notifications such as important announcements. Failure to consent may result in restrictions on notification reception.
