Covenant Signature is a mobile computing solution aimed at generating the advanced electronic signature process on digital or electronic documents that are sent between companies, giving validity and legal certainty of one or more legal acts that are carried out within the Mexican Republic , where, in addition to performing the electronic signature process, you can manage the documents you have signed or otherwise canceled, you can also view the graphic representation (* .PDF) and the signature value (* .XML) of the signed document or the acknowledgment of cancellation of the document.

The actions you can perform within Covenant Firm are:

1.-View the list of documents pending signing
2.- Sign electronically the documents pending signature (list of signatories involved in the document to be signed is included).
3.- View the list of signed documents.
4.- Display the list of canceled documents.
5.- Change password.
6.- Loading and updating of credentials for the electronic signature.
7.- Enable the fingerprint sensor as an authentication method.

Mobile application notes:
* The application can be downloaded by any user who has access from the Appstore but its general use of the application is oriented or restricted to users in Mexico by the use of the Advanced Electronic Signature.
* The validity of the Advanced Electronic Signature is only for use within the Mexican Republic.
* The digital certificate and the files or data of Advanced Electronic Signature, better known in Mexico as e.firma (formerly Faithful) are issued by a Third Party of Trust (Tax Administration Service) and Legalex GS, S.A. From C.V. it is separated from any issuance and information that the Third Party of Trust guarantees.
* The use of Advanced Electronic Signature files within the Covenant application are for the exclusive use of the signer registered on the Covenant Signature platform. The application protects the signer's data locally within its same device to facilitate the user experience within the Electronic Signature process. Legalex GS, S.A. From C.V. never safeguards the information in the Advanced Electronic Signature files or keeps any data. The signing process is performed locally and the result of this travels through a secure channel to make the relevant requests to our servers, during this process, the data travels encrypted.
