Mima Support is an app that watches over your parents who live apart from you.
\how to use/
① Enter the information of the person being watched over (parent)
②Enter the information of the person watching over you (family member, etc.)
(3) Enter the monitoring check time
④ Enter the cell phone number of the person being watched over (parent) to be used for login
⑤ A 5-digit authentication code will be sent to the above mobile phone number by short mail, so enter this number
⑥After logging in, for the first time only, tap Start Watching at the bottom of the screen. When the status changes to Watching now, the settings are complete.
*Multiple people can be registered as watchers.
After logging in to the app, add the second and subsequent people from "Watcher information" on the setting screen. If you do not register your email address, you will only receive emergency notifications via SMS.
\How do I confirm my safety? /
(1) The app will call you by voice when it comes to the set monitoring check time.
(2) Don't worry if you can't shake it. We will call you 4 times at 15 minute intervals, so when you notice it, turn on your smartphone and shake it lightly.
(3) If the smartphone is not shaken, an e-mail is automatically sent to the preset contact address to confirm safety.
\Two types of modes can be selected/
A Manual mode (monitoring start function)
Every day, start watching by tapping the [Start watching] button in the watching function of the app.
You can enter the number of steps and physical condition, and when you tap the "Start Watching" button, the entered information will be automatically converted into an email format and sent to the contact.
*The contact person must register an email address when registering the user information
B Auto mode (just shake function)
If you find it difficult to operate your smartphone every day, we recommend the shake function.
In this mode, when there is a change in the acceleration sensor built into the smartphone (the smartphone is moved), monitoring will start automatically.
・ Please note that the shake function may not work depending on the smartphone model and model settings.
・Press the power button and lightly shake the smartphone while the screen is displayed.
・It will not work if you end the task. Please be careful not to end the task. (If you end the task, just open the app.)
・If it is working properly, a small icon is displayed at the top of the smartphone screen. If it is not displayed, please open the app once.

You can use the app without registering the person your family will watch over.
I am new to smartphones, is that okay?
Mima Sapo uses the sensors built into smartphones to watch over people. Therefore, after launching the app, just shake your smartphone lightly during the monitoring check time. Your family will automatically be notified that there was a life reaction (*).
