With the Liefersoft app, customers will be able to independently scan their orders using the driver's QR code. This significantly reduces administration time and human errors. A route is suggested and displayed for the scanned order in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery of the order to the customer. The current location of the driver is transmitted to the manager via the GPS function. In this way, the manager can plan further deliveries and inform customers about the delivery time and the delivery status of the order.
