With My Healer you can see the signals recorded by your Healer device in real time. To access the app you need to use the credentials provided by your Healthcare Provider sent via email. My Healer allows you to monitor your vital signs, view your ECG traces, your breathing pattern, your body temperature, SpO2 and your activity level. Thanks to Realtime Feedback Technology you can quickly know the status of your device and get quick information about its operation. MyHealer allows you to connect your Healer device to your home WiFi network, to securely transmit your data to your Healthcare provider and your dedicated cloud space.

The My Healer app is an integral part of the L.I.F.E. in the field of health care, physical well-being and performance monitoring under stress or sports conditions.

The app cannot be used without the CE wearable medical device developed by L.I.F.E. and without the supervision of a doctor who identifies the examination and activates the recording of individual health personal data by the medical device, for treatment or diagnostic purposes.

Through the app it is also possible to view any doctor's report for the prescribed tests, through the account received from the doctor.

In the field of "protection of personal data":

The data controller is the healthcare facility (e.g. hospital, diagnostic center, nursing home) that will use the wearable medical device provided by L.I.F.E for diagnosis and monitoring purposes. The doctor acts as a person authorized by the facility.

In cases where the use of the device is prescribed by a doctor as an independent professional (e.g. outpatient specialist, doctor's office), the doctor himself assumes the role of Data Controller.

L.I.F.E. is Data Processor as provider of the cloud IT service (in an EU country) for the processing of data collected from the medical device; personal data (personal or contact and health data, raw or processed data such as metrics or reports) will be kept by L.I.F.E. for 5 years or as indicated by the Owner. The data is not transferred to non-EU countries.
