The "LifeCharger-Rehab" app allows you to monitor your health, with particular attention to people who are facing rehabilitation.

The idea comes from a project of the Lombardy Region "Re-hub-ility", with the aim of supporting people who need a rehabilitation path with a "virtual-coach" (http://re-hub-ility.it ).

LifeCharger-Rehab will be your health diary. With a simple gesture, you can mark the activities carried out on your calendar in order to monitor your state of health, such as perceived symptoms, drugs taken, physiological parameters measured or questionnaires carried out!

LifeCharger-Rehab will help you program the various activities for self-monitoring, such as the programming of drugs or the measurement of physiological parameters (blood pressure, etc ...). Through notifications, LifeCharger-Rehab will take care of reminding you when you need to carry out an activity!
