You already have your main plan to train in the gym, as an alternative you will also have home workouts with resistance bands and dumbbells ... and outdoors with TRX.

For the meal plan you can choose the foods you prefer and the plan that best suits your goal and your tastes, enter your data and you will get it.

Once your nutritional plan has been calculated, you will have three menu options for each of your five daily meals; in addition, you will have a rest days tab, which will give you the ideal amount for those days you don’t train.

In the progress section you can enter your measurements and see your improvements over time. Month by month the app will give you a logical progression of your training according to how involved you are.
