Solid foods < 1.0 = green, 1.0 - 2.4 = yellow, > 2.4 = red
Soups < 0.5 = green, 0.5 - 1.0 = yellow, > 1.0 = red
Liquids < 0.4 = green, 0.4 - 0.5 = yellow, > 0.5 = red

Exceptions: Non fat dairy = Green
Low fat dairy = Yellow
Full fat dairy = Red
