The LMYA Multisport app is an app for all sports in LMYA that includes example skills, drills, and practice plans for coaches and players. The purpose of the app is to provide structured practice plans for coaches to follow and provide a list of different skills and drills for players to work on their sport and learn the "LMYA way". Each skill or drill includes a short video tutorial, an explanation on how to do it, and tips on how to get better.
