At the end of 1983, Xavier Parera, a 29-year-old young entrepreneur, founded BOPAN PROMOCIONES
ALIMENTARIAS S.A. Our first store in Rambla Catalunya 119 BCN nation in June 1984 under one
concepto nuevo "la boutique del bread", where bread was widely used as a gastronomic concept.
Ten years later, in 1994, we opened the fourth BOPAN store at Travesera de Gracia 64 in BCN.
BOPAN was already a recognized brand and leader in the artisan bakery and pastry sector in
