Luc De Laet & Peggy Van Haver's story is one of enthusiasm, hard work and a firm portion of healthy ambition. Thanks to many hours of healthy weekend and holiday work, Luc learned the art of meat hack. Their story started in 1992 in Hove, where Luc took over a business from the Hendrickx family. What started with a butchery in Hove has grown into much more: a wholesaler, a restaurant, a second butchery in the Antwerp City Brewery and even an exclusive Butcher's gin. In the meantime, De Laet & Van Haver has become an international concept and they supply the restorers Albert Adria with their wholesalers and they further expand their catering clientele within Belgium but also beyond national borders.
