We are a center where our work methodology is semi-personalized. We adapt the routines according to the need, capacity and personal objective of each student.
We also have a running school where specific physical preparation for different goals (personal, competitive, amateur) is addressed. Group and individual physical preparations are carried out, as well as planning and monitoring. for them, whether street or trail running.
We prioritize physical well-being in a healthy way, and always trying to generate a pleasant place where many can find not only a gym but a place of belonging.
