Created since 2017 with an action research approach containing qualitative and quantitative studies (Mixed-method) to make applications based on input from mothers, cadres, health centers, village heads, and sub-district heads. These inputs can be an improvement so that the iPosyandu application becomes more innovative that is integrated with the level of technological readiness for the cadres and mothers of the Posyandu. In addition, mixed-method research was conducted in 2018 to evaluate this application. In 2019, this application will be examined for its cost-effectiveness so that it can strengthen the advocacy process to the government in order to help the government consider allocating budget effectively in 2020 and beyond.
The Puskesmas can then see the report every month in the form of monthly and annual reports in the form of a Posyandu Information System. Then this application after expanding will be made a Geographic Information System to map nutritional status including stunting.
This application will continue to be advocated to the government from the Village, Subdistrict, Regional Government and also from the health sector starting from the Puskesmas and the Health Office. One time this application will continue to be advocated to the national level.
This application was pioneered by Padjadjaran University and Pasawahan Purwakarta Health Center which became the preliminary pilot project area, making, developing and using it since 2016 in the Real Student and Lecturer Lecture Work Program.
