VisuSDEC is a SDEC ÉNERGIE service intended for elected officials and community agents which allows them to report incidents on the union's networks and/or installations.
You notice an anomaly on the networks and/or installations:
• Public lighting: cabinet or fireplace damaged, extinguished, vandalized...?
• Electricity: dilapidated pole, line in a tree, damaged electrical box...?
• MobiSDEC charging stations for electric vehicles: broken down, damaged, tagged, etc.?
• Light signaling: accidental light, flashing, off…?
• Video protection, variable message panel or educational radar: hardware failure or other?
Click on “Report a problem”, choose your section then take a photo with your smartphone, fill in the geolocated form with your observations and send it.
For lighting, take a photo of the street lamp number and/or indicate it in the description of the report.
ATTENTION ! This application does not allow you to manage emergency cases. In the event of immediate danger, please contact the relevant services.
Your report will be processed as soon as possible by the union's services and its maintenance companies. The report manager will contact you by phone or email to resolve the incident if necessary.
The VisuSDEC app guides you through the problem reporting phase. The depositor receives confirmation that the incident has been taken into account by email and is informed of the progress of its processing until its resolution, by email and on the application. You can actually follow the progress of processing the incident at any time in the “View my reports” section.
This application complements the reporting system available on the map portal https://mapeo.calvados.fr.
VisuSDEC is also an information application that allows you to:
• to follow SDEC ÉNERGIE news and events in real time,
• access the emergency numbers of concessionaires and maintenance companies for energy networks, MobiSDEC charging stations, public lighting, light signaling and other connected equipment,
• to consult all of the union's information: telephone numbers of services, financial aid to Calvados communities, job offers, latest publications, social networks, etc.
