Rádio Antena Sul FM began its journey on January 18, 1989, with a modest 250 Watts and a frequency of 90.7 MHz, establishing itself in the center of Castro, Paraná. Its studios at Rua Romário Martins, 620, quickly became the epicenter of popular programming that captivated the population lacking an FM station in the city.

Over the years, the station expanded its influence. In 1991, it obtained authorization to increase its power to 1,000 Watts, attracting listeners not only from Castro, but also from neighboring cities such as Ponta Grossa, Carambeí, Piraí do Sul and Tibagi.

A crucial milestone came in 1993, when it achieved a new phase: authorization to operate with 5,000 Watts and migrate to the 102.7 MHz frequency. This change represented a significant expansion, reaching an extensive area in Campos Gerais and even parts of São Paulo. Paulo, such as Apiaí, Registro, Itararé and Itapeva. With a lean but dynamic team, Antena Sul FM began to compete on equal terms with large broadcasters, gaining respect in the sector.

The search for excellence led to investments in technology, becoming the pioneer in the region in adopting computerized management systems to control programming, commercials and music. This computerization optimized internal operations, allowing the team to focus on the quality of programming and promotions.

Fast forward to the 21st century, Rádio Antena Sul FM has become a respected powerhouse throughout the state of Paraná, operating with 30,000 Watts and an 85 meter tower at the top of Carambeí. With reach in 92 municipalities, including regions of São Paulo and Santa Catarina, the broadcaster established two studios in Ponta Grossa and Castro, offering programming broadcast independently or simultaneously from both locations.

Demonstrating transparency, as of June 2004, it signed a contract with Crowley Broadcasting & Analysis for a complete audit, providing 100% monitoring of programming. This agreement, recognized by the Federal Government's SECOM, allows customers to request an audit of their insertions at any time, solidifying the broadcaster's credibility.
