In these trying times, this application shows those seeking help (oxygen cylinders, hospitals, medicines) the availability of resources closest to them on a Map.
They can put in a request attaching relevant images.
The "helpers" managing those resources can validate/update their data and make themselves visible on the map; they can see the help requests on a Map of their
area and choose to "accept" requests that they can handle.
Please note that getting GPS location and taking pictures (worth a thousand words) is important for this - so we ask to allow the application these permissions.
