REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE
• For ₹25,000 borrowed with annual interest rate (APR) of 12%*, a user would pay:
• Processing Fees= ₹50
• Interest= ₹750
• Repayment cycle = Monthly Equated Instalments
• Suppose the borrower opts for 3 EMIs, the repayment will start from the 31st day of loan disbursed followed by repayment on 61st day and 91st day.
• The EMI amount here will be ₹8600
• The flexibility of repaying the loan by choosing the repayment tenure i.e. 3 to 12 months in Equated Monthly Instalments and meeting the financial needs, while the cost of loan being levied on monthly basis.
*The annual interest rates and processing fee will as per risk profile of customer.
