In the "User Management" menu, there are dedicated sections for managing both Customers and Employee Admins. Employee Admins are responsible for managing employee records, while Customers represent clients who may have multiple projects. Users also have the ability to create new customer profiles directly within the app. When creating a lead, the app identifies whether it represents a new project for an existing client or a completely new client. If the client already exists, the system avoids duplicating customer entries. However, for leads involving new clients, the app allows users to add them as customers, streamlining the process of expanding the client database.
Once a lead is created, it can be assigned to an employee for follow-up, tracking statuses like "Assigned," "Follow-Up," "Quotation," or "Ordered." The app includes robust employee management capabilities under the "User Management" and "Employee" menus, allowing users to add, update, or delete employee records. It also features a "Reports" section, which provides insightful analytics based on employee performance, lead categories, and other customizable criteria. The dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of lead counts categorized by their status, including priority leads, enabling users to track progress and monitor activities at a glance.
