The Reliance Valves MultiSafeTM app allows you to control and monitor remotely the automatic shut-off valve contained in the Intelligent MultiSafe Leak Detector and the MultiSafe Floor Sensor device. All product’s configuration settings can be done through the Reliance Valves MultiSafeTM app. Moreover, in the event of leaks or defects detected with one or more devices, the app receives instant notifications (push notification). The Reliance Valves MultiSafeTM app can also provide historical comparison statistics about water consumption. The MultiSafe Smart Leak Detector is the world's first non-invasive domestic water network monitoring system protecting against leakage, helping an intelligent water management. The Intelligent MultiSafe Leak Detector measures permanently water flow, pressure, temperature and conductivity. If the device detects a too high level of water consumption or a too long period of use, the device will instantly shut off the water supply. In addition, the device will check for micro-leak at regular intervals to avoid any leakage. If the device is connected to Internet, a push notification will be sent in case of outage. All functions available with the Intelligent MultiSafe Leak Detector can be consulted and modified in the RWC Reliance Valves MultiSafeTM app.

The MultiSafe Floor Sensor device is used in critical areas where an intensive monitoring is required. If the MultiSafe Floor Sensor device detects water on the ground, ambient temperatures too low or an excessive moisture level, a flashing LED light and an audible signal is emitted. If the MultiSafe Floor Sensor device is connected via Wi-Fi, an alert will also be sent by e-mail or SMS. The MultiSafe Floor Sensor device can also be connected to the Intelligent MultiSafe Leak Detector. Consequently, if a water leakage is detected, a signal will be transmitted to the device to shut off main water supply. All MultiSafe Floor Sensor device’s functions can be checked, modified and monitored online using the Reliance Valves MultiSafeTM app.
