Revista Comunita Italiana appeared in March 1994. The initial idea was to bring to the Brazilian public the cultural richness and fascination that Italy exerts due to the greatness of its heritage.
With exclusive interviews with important names in the Italian-Brazilian scene, little by little, Revista Comunita Italiana grew from being a tabloid to becoming a magazine recognized for its journalistic quality and the modernity of its look. Revista Comunita Italiana has received numerous awards and recognitions from the Brazilian Press Association to outlets such as O Globo, Jornal do Comércio, Folha de São Paulo and TV Globo, which have highlighted our editions on numerous occasions.
In 27 years, all the most important facts for society between Brazil, Italy and the world were published in the pages of Revista Comunita Italiana. The historical socio-cultural relationship between the two countries, today in the midst of a revitalization process, is responsible for the development of the two nations in different contexts.
Revista Comunita Italiana promotes and marks cultural, social and commercial relations between Italy and Brazil, consolidating the diffuse feelings of sympathy and affinity between various sectors of Brazilian society. Our goal is to involve the population, with emphasis on the 31 million descendants of Italians, reinforce Italy's interest in Brazil, a strategic political-economic partner, and develop tourist flows between the two countries.
