Citizen App is part of Maharashtra Emergency Response System 112 eco system for people of Maharashtra and India, users of this app can raise SOS alert to nearby police control room in case of emergency situation. This SOS alert are handled by trained police staff and quick response will be provided to distress person.
Audio and visual information about emergency situation is automatically uploaded by Citizen App.
User of this App can track status of all help request or complaints made to MERS 112 system.

User of this App can enroll themselves as volunteer for MERS 112 system if they have knowledge about languages of other states of India or out of India , e.g. Tamil, Malayalam , German, French etc.
