"Manifest" is a Crime and event reporting application for reporting crimes such as corrupt practices, poor public service or violence in Nigeria.

On the home page is a list of reports where users can comment and vote a report. Any authenticated user can create a report by clicking the "+" icon on the bottom tab, they can choose to report or comment anonymously or with their full identity.

Crimes reported on the app are transmitted to the relevant security agencies for resolution.
