Our signature Bike classes are a first-of-their-kind indoor cycling experience. Combining the most effective, safe, and fun elements of this modality, our indoor cycling classes are crafted with intelligence and passion, and our method is backed by science. It's a highly effective party on the bike. Our signature Barre classes are high-intensity, low-impact, and functional strength training workouts. Unlike other barre classes, our Barre classes utilize heavy weights and emphasize functional movements in all planes of motion, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
