The Grind MPLS is a premium indoor cycle,
sculpt, and stretch studio located in the heart of
the North Loop neighborhood in Minneapolis,
MN. Having two studios in their space allows for
a strong focus on endurance, strength, and
flexibility training in a group setting. Some of the
classes will have added infrared heaters to
deepen one's fitness levels and goals in a natural
setting.

SPIN: Offers a beat driven indoor cycling class
that is choreographed to high-intensity
movements and motions. The ride is guided in a
dark room, giving individuals the comfort to ride
to their endurance level.

SCULPT: Features FitBenches offers and all-inone workout, guided through certified personal
trainers. Each bench holds essential tools to
accommodate all levels of individuals, see below:
4 sets of dumbbells: 10, 15, 20, 25 lb
1 kettlebell: 18 lb
1 slam ball: 12 lb
3 sets of FITBANDS

STRETCH: Is their gentle form of fitness
involving dynamic and static stretching. The
classes focus on increasing range of motion,
flexibility, joint mobility, muscle prepping, and
injury prevention. Each class will range in length
from a heated 30-55-minute time and feature a
low impact zero weight involvement. For those
craving a deeper stretch and strength approach.
