At West Side Yoga, we offer a variety of classes that will challenge you physically, but leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is the time to get out of your head, move your body, manifest your intentions, and let go. You are part of an amazing community here that motivate and lift each other up. The studio is heated to 92 degrees with infrared heat.
