With the SCC5 app, the most important features of the software are now available on your smartphone. View and acknowledge pending alarms from anywhere.
The SCC5 app gives you the opportunity to use the most important features of the software on your smartphone. As a user, you see all alarms/emergency calls relevant to your activity in an alarm overview.
As in the SCC5.0 web application, only the alarms that are enabled by the user rights for the logged in user in SCC 5.0 are displayed. The latest alarm is always at the top. The older alarms are moved down.
In the SCC5 app, as in the web view, there are different alarm types with different alarm icons.
Alarm types:
• Runaway alarms
• Staff calls
• Emergency alarms (resident/patient) as well
• the three alarm types of the baby module: baby transponder dropped, baby kidnapped alarm, baby alone alarm
In addition to the alarm icons, there is a display field in which the time stamp when the alarm was triggered is displayed. In addition, here the
• alarm type,
• the first and last name of the resident/patient or
• the device name with transponder ID as well
• the location with the name of the building, the floor and the room
on which the alarm was triggered is displayed.
If an alarm is generated,
• it appears in the alarm overview and
• an acoustic signal sounds.
• Additionally, a pop-up with an SCC5 icon appears in the notification bar.
Alarm acknowledgment:
In addition to the alarm and location display, the SCC5 app also offers the option of acknowledging corresponding alarms via your smartphone. By pressing the acknowledge button, the alarm is acknowledged on the server and the alarm disappears from the alarm overview.
Alert while using smartphone:
If you use another app while an alarm is triggered, the alarm will appear as a pop-up in the notification bar including the alarm type and the person's name. If notification tones are turned on, an additional acoustic signal can be heard.
Alarm on the lock screen:
If an alarm is generated while your smartphone is locked, an acoustic signal will sound and the alarm icon will appear in the lock overview. Wiping away the SCC5 icon on the lock screen does not acknowledge the alarm. An acknowledgment is only possible when the app is open by pressing the acknowledgment button.
