What is Committee App?
The primary function of the “Budget Handling Committee App” is to handle the records of Committee or Committees; by doing so, all records will be maintained and saved in the mobile application rather than on paper.
You can simply access the list of paid and unpaid committees with the month-by-month breakdown by downloading the app. We can store many records with different persons without having to search for a piece of paper or keep it for many months till the end of Committee. After the current price of the Committee has been updated, the months and members may be changed, and the Committee may be deleted.
You can manage your Committee online with the help of the Committee web app. This app allows you to access Committee records from anywhere in the world without being physically present.
The Committee concept is highly well-liked in Pakistan and India. The Committee System entails a group of individuals (who can be between 10 and 20) joining forces to form a " Committee," where each person contributes a specific sum of money to a fund corpus.
The initiator of the Committee is typically the administrator or cashier of the Committee and is in charge of all transactions and maintenance pertaining to that specific Committee. The “Budget Handling Committee App” rules are collectively decided upon by all members. as in the commencement date, time of the auction, interest rate, total amount, draw amount, and minimum payment.

Easy to use:

Creating Account:
Every user will join this app through a valid e-mail.
Creating OC:
After creating account every user can create OC.
Adding Members through ID:
The user can add a member through the id of another.
Adding members by sharing link or QR Code:
Each OC has its QR code, link and id. Admin who creates the OC and already joined members of that OC can share all these details with other users so that they will join that OC.
Joining OC:
To join an OC user must have one of these (QR code, link or id);
Users can scan the QR Code within the app.
OC Records:
Admin can see the records of each member who joined that OC.
Each member can see the records of OC to check that whether the instalments are paid or not.
Each member can check his unpaid instalment dates.
Push notifications:
Admin will receive the notification when any user joins the OC.
User will receive the notification when admin remove him from OC.
Security:
User details are not public.
Admin can’t add you until you send your id to admin.
User can’t join the OC until you send him QR Code, link or Id of OC.
