How do you redeem the e-prescription with the electronic health card? :
● Open the Hirsch Pharmacy app.
● Enter card number. (Your card number consists of 6 numbers and is located under the word “Health Card”)
● Enter your mobile phone number and enter the 2-factor authentication code that you receive via SMS.
● Hold on to your electronic health card and you can see what the doctor has prescribed.
● You can redeem your (e-)prescriptions via pickup or delivery service.

How do you redeem the e-prescription with printed tokens (QR printout)?:
Does your recipe have a code? Then it is an e-prescription printout. With our integrated e-prescription scanner you can scan the code and order, pick up or have your medication delivered faster.
