Each week a part is read to be applied, so reading more than one part only turns into stories, and not continuing regularly makes you forget, and each step based on the step that precedes it does not fully draw gone from playing a random part or whoever starts and doesn't complete the group, then there is one end goal that won't. It only appears when you finish the streak, and along the way you see things that are familiar to you and other things that you might hear about for the first time.

Third: follow-up. It is very much better for a Spiritual Guide to take this approach with you individually, whether it is the Father of Confession or a Spiritual Servant, the important thing is that he has a deep and spiritual experience and that he has lived these matters. and that he has enough time to follow you, and if you do not find it, ask the Holy Spirit every day and he will guide you and teach you but the subject It will require more effort and awareness until you can finish until the end, and the Holy Spirit will never leave if you ask for it every day but will be your teacher every day.
