The Sound Map of the Indigenous Languages ​​of Peru is a virtual platform developed by the Ministry of Culture, where you can listen and learn more about the Peruvian indigenous languages ​​and the people who speak them. Here you can also learn basic phrases, watch videos and listen to songs in each language.
 
It contains official statistics on indigenous languages, as the number of languages ​​and speakers by department. If you need an interpreter or translator, from here you can enter the National Registry of Interpreters and Translators. You'll also find links to other pages with much official date information.
 
The Sound Map is an initiative of the Ministry of Culture, through the Bureau of Indian Languages, to provide official and updated information, interactively, on indigenous or native languages ​​of the country to all persons interested in learning more diversity cultural and linguistic Peru. This being a tool for both schools, universities and other stakeholders, as well as for officials from different institutions that perform actions, interventions, programs and projects with speaker of an indigenous or native language of the country population.
