Built by a team of EMDR therapists, this app is built to be simple and easy to use. It works like a light bar but with the convenience of it being on your phone or tablet. Just press start and the visual cue will start moving from side to side.
The app can be made to work for a fixed amount of time with the in-built timer or can just run indefinitely. You can customise speed, size of the cue, sounds or no sound, and timer.
