Who can use this app:

• One-time citizen registration: Register once in the app; your profile remains valid when traveling to any country.
• Automatic detection of ongoing crises: Based on your location, the app detects relevant events and enables one tap incident registration.
• One tap SOS: Register an incident instantly—works online and offline (uses SMS when data is unavailable; device must support sending SMS).
• Offline support (SMS): When internet is down, the app can send an SMS to register your request and update your current location.
• Add family members: Include accompanying family members in a single request.
• Location sharing: Share your current location, update it if you move, or enable optional live location for automatic updates to help Indian Missions/Embassies coordinate support.
• Embassy/MEA contacts: Access helpline numbers, WhatsApp contacts, email addresses, and important guidance.
• Status tracking: View request progress, assistance updates, and evacuation status.
How it works:
• Based on your current location, the app automatically detects ongoing crises.
• Use the one tap SOS button to raise an incident automatically. It works with or without internet (SMS sending capability must be available).
• Alternatively, register yourself and any accompanying family members who need assistance.
• Share your location (manual updates) or enable live location (with consent).
• Receive updates, instructions, and support contacts from MEA/embassy teams.
