How it works
Navigate your meals using mindfulness prompts and regularly scheduled check-ins. Answer simple yet powerful questions to keep your body, mind and meal in sync. Start using MealPilot at any meal, whether dining on your own or with others.
Step-by-step guide
• In your Mealtime Cockpit, choose the meal you are eating, whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner – or even snack or dessert!
• Use the default meal settings or customize to your liking, then tap Start.
• Place your phone screen-facing-up on the table. To remain mindful, try not to use your phone apart from interacting with the MealPilot prompts.
• Between bites, read the mindful eating reminders and/or conduct check-ins to stay in touch with how you are feeling. Tap Pause if you want a break.
• When the timer hits 00:00, you will be asked to check in by answering a short questionnaire that connects the dots between body, mind and meal.
• Your check-ins collect data that will show your progress after your meal is finished. Review your progress when you complete your meal.
• Go to Stats for your combined statistics, progress charts and your meal history.
• Stay self-motivated by earning Awards through repeat practice!
