Taking medication is not natural; adopting good habits requires effort and also depends on the quality of dialogue with your healthcare professionals.
The Kimed application allows you to avoid double-taking, delays, errors and to communicate regularly with your health professionals to find solutions when you do not tolerate a medication well or take additional medications. With the Kimed application, your medications become your best allies to protect your health.
KIMED, INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Kimed application is a chance to make the most of your medications. Download Kimed.
What to expect?
Take your medications better for greater effectiveness and safety. The Kimed application allows you to monitor your intake and its effects on your health. The Kimed application is useful for communicating with your doctor and pharmacist, to take the medications you need, no more, no less.
Who is it for?
Patients who are autonomous in the use of digital technology and who wish to know their true compliance and improve it with their healthcare professionals; patients who sometimes run out of medication; patients taking sensitive medications; patients who can benefit from a pharmaceutical interview; patients who complain of taking too many medications or tolerating them poorly…
Connected?
The Kimed application is connected with your pharmacist. This is a real asset that promotes dialogue with your healthcare professionals to regularly review your treatment.
Does it take time?
The Kimed application is easy to adopt! If all goes well, allow 2 clicks to validate your compliance. Otherwise it takes 4 clicks to describe an adverse effect. If you take medication on your own initiative, remember to note it in the application in exchange for a few more clicks!
How does it work?
Download the Kimed app and ask your pharmacist to activate it. The pharmacist delivers your treatment under Medissimo traceability and you receive notifications to follow it properly. Your compliance data feeds a report in your application called “medication report”.
Medication assessment?
You, your pharmacist and your doctor have access to it if you wish. Your pharmacist automatically receives your report and your doctor consults it in your shared medical record (DMP). Your assessment promotes dialogue with your healthcare professionals to secure your treatment or even revise it.
PATIENT SURVEY, RESULTS
We know that the effectiveness of a treatment is closely linked to its monitoring and that too many accidents are the consequence of poor medication monitoring. We wanted to better understand your behaviors and your medication “routines” to continue to offer you simple and personalized solutions.
What survey?
Exclusive OpinionWay/Medissimo/Notre temps survey carried out in November 2023 “the health of chronic patients aged 60 and over put to the test by the facts” among a representative sample of 630 people aged 60 and over living at home, and taking at least 5 different medications per day.
Who “takes” their medication well?
32% of chronic autonomous patients respect their medical prescription even though 100% of them declare it. This is a result which indicates a general “can do better”.
