During the congresses of the Department of Echocardiography (DEPECO now DIC) from 2001 to 2011 there was a very popular session called Eco and the Limit. One session, which was an echocardiographic diagnosis adjustment game, inspired by a similar session of the American Congress, which in turn was inspired by a television game.
