More service with the MEK app. This app is specially designed for participants in educational measures at MEK GmbH. It improves and simplifies communication between our participants and our training staff. It offers the following core functions:

absence report
Participants can report/apply for absences digitally and easily submit the required receipts from their mobile device. In the event of illness, the required certificate of incapacity to work can be submitted digitally either immediately or afterwards.

document management
Documents can be uploaded as PDFs or photographed with the smartphone camera and then automatically uploaded in order to share them with the supervising pedagogical specialists or the training and teaching staff.

advisory
Our pedagogical specialists are always available to advise you during the vocational training. Via the app, participants can individually request personal consultation appointments or telephone calls (callback request) online.

news
Within the application, important information is made available to the participants in a clear manner and optionally announced via push notification. This is, for example, the announcement of non-working days, changes in lessons or cancellations or important dates relating to vocational training.
