Welcome to [Real Estate Investment Simulation Game: Metabancho]!
This game is set in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and is a super realistic simulation game where you compete to see how much total assets you can build from the age of 25 until you die of illness.
This game is deeply linked to the real world you live in.
When one hour passes in the real world, one month passes in the game. In other words, you can go through one 60-year adult life in 30 days.
All the land and apartments that you buy, sell, rent, and borrow in the game are 20 square meter apartments in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and are calculated from the actual land price.
In the game, you get a job at a company and receive a salary every month.
If you work at a company in an area with high rent, your salary tends to be higher.
Also, the ease of promotion varies from company to company, so there may be some companies where the salary is low but good!
If the player does not rent a house to live in, they will have to live in a hotel.
Living in a hotel will cost 300,000 yen a month and you will accumulate fatigue, so rent a house actively.
You can choose and rent a house to live in from houses bought by other players. Look for a house with good conditions and rent it quickly before other tenants move in.
The closer the house is to your company, the higher your "mood" will be, and the easier it will be to get a raise or promotion at work.
The best part of this game is real estate investment, where you can buy a good house in the 23 wards, rent it to other players and receive monthly rent, or sell it to increase your cash.
You can set the rent within the market range, so set the highest amount that you think people will be willing to rent it to you.
When buying a house, you can borrow money from the bank. There are several banks, and the loan conditions change depending on your salary, age, and mood.
In addition, in the stroll mode, you can explore the 23 wards with a 3D avatar. There is one boss hidden in each ward, for a total of 23 bosses (bankers, management company employees, and job-changing agents), so if you find one, fight them and make them your allies. Making them your allies may benefit your asset management!
Let's strategically aim for the top ranking by utilizing various elements, choosing between frugal and aggressive areas!
