E-nalish: Various social crimes are happening all the time in society; There are various problems to be faced in receiving government services. The immediate flow of precise information is needed to get rid of all these social problems and make the process of getting services people-friendly. From this idea, a mobile application called 'e-nalish' has been developed by the district administration, Noakhali. Using this application, a conscious citizen or victim can report his or her complaint to the appropriate authority within moments. Through this application, an inter-network relationship has been established between the district / Upazila level departments/offices or offices, as a result of which proper supervision will be possible in the settlement of incoming complaints on various issues. Once the profile in 'e-nalish' is created, an 'e-nalish' application user will be able to file a complaint on his or her behalf. In case of filing a complaint, an application user can easily lodge a complaint by selecting the type of complaint, including the type of complaint, such as child marriage, eve-teasing, corruption or birth-death registration, etc. Weblinks with pictures, videos, documents can be attached as evidence to the complaint. The 'e-nalish' application has a dashboard facility for the users to know the current status of the submitted complaint or grievances. Using the 'e-nalish' application, the head of the department along with the officer to whom the complaint will be lodged will also be able to see the complaint and know what action has been taken on the complaint. In this way, 'e-nalish' will ensure fair accountability, will reduce various social problems, will ensure uninterrupted government service which will result in the acquisition of people-oriented administration.
