* This data is used exclusively to trigger and coordinate emergency responses, identify the user, improve service efficiency, and communicate relevant information about the service. * Data may be shared with Met-Care medical teams, competent authorities when required by law, and technology partners for secure operation. It is not traded or sold to third parties.
* Technical, administrative, and physical security measures are in place, including encryption and restricted server access.

User Rights
* Access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request portability. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
* By using the application, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and privacy policy.
* In case of misuse or violation of the Terms, Met-Care may suspend or cancel access to the service.
