Metis Monitoring Mobile is a smart way for refrigeration system owners and service technicians to keep tabs on refrigeration systems remotely, and receive automated and intelligent notifications of impending or current issues with the respective system.

With this app you can access refrigeration systems assigned to your id, no matter where you are. The Metis Monitoring Mobile app allows you to access a range of features, depending on your assigned authority and the sensors deployed to the system, including:
∙ A status summary page, showing alarm status, and overview of refrigerated space operation, and notes uploaded by others.
∙ Remote gauges, showing all monitored sensors and sensor fusion data displayed as both analog and digital gauges
∙ Trends, showing all monitored sensor and sensor fusion data as hourly, daily, weekly or monthly trends
∙ Site History, showing all past service interventions or notes, including uploaded photos
∙ Site info, containing both site address and contact person details, and uploaded technical data for the refrigeration system as PDF documents (wiring diagrams, operation and maintenance manuals, etc)

Casual users can access so-called “public sites” by logging as demo users. These are real live systems that are in daily use, but made available for all to visit. The demo access allows user to view the features of the app, but does not allow any data upload by way of notes or photos to the app. Use following credentials to login as demo user.

The Metis Monitoring service includes intelligent self-learning algorithms that generate alerts when suspicious plant operation is detected. These alerts are escalated to full alarms by remote staff where site intervention is required to resolve an identified problem.

The Metis Monitoring Mobile app can be used in conjunction with the Metis Web User Interface, which provides further functionality and greater granularity of data display to enhance the remote visibility of your refrigeration system.
