The index directs us toward a culture that values and supports mental well-being by acting as a compass for understanding mental health issues and demystifying the stigma around mental health. It provides a comprehensive picture of mental health, customized interventions, and advocacy efforts which applies in public health, healthcare, workplace wellness, social interactions and education  in Ghana.
