The MijnZorgApp is a mobile app that reminds you at the right time of appointments and homework assignments at your healthcare practice. The app can only be used by patients / clients and employees of subscribed practices of the MijnZorgApp.

The app requires the following permission:
- Call phone numbers directly: Call your practice directly from the contact screen.
- Take photos and videos: Take photos when creating an exercise.
- Record audio: Record a message when creating an exercise.
- Adjust or delete USB storage: Save photos and audio clips.
- Find accounts on the device: Required for sending push notifications. No account data is read or used.
