New Features:
- Added two new shortcuts to the left-side menu: "Appointment Needed" will list all orders for which an appointment must be made, and "Appointment Made" will list all orders which have a scheduled appointment.
- Added the ability to customize how orders are sorted in the various queues. Each queue (e.g. "Ready to Inspect" or "Appointment Made") will remember its own sorting criteria.
